High Touch Group is committed to making hightouchgroup.com (the “Site”) accessible to as many people as possible, including those who use assistive technologies such as screen readers, screen magnifiers, and keyboard navigation.
Our Approach
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard widely used to measure how usable a site is for people with disabilities. As we build and update the Site, we work to:
- Provide text alternatives for meaningful images
- Maintain clear structure and headings so content is easy to navigate
- Support keyboard navigation
- Use color contrast that keeps text readable
- Write in plain, clear language wherever we can
Accessibility is ongoing work, not a one-time fix. We review the Site as we add and change content and address issues as we find them.
Known Limitations
Despite our efforts, some parts of the Site may not yet be fully accessible. Third-party content and tools we don’t control — such as embedded forms, analytics, or linked external sites — may not meet the same standards. If you run into a barrier, we want to hear about it so we can help and improve.
